Now, after a second generation of the iPhone, many months later all we get is terrible service, low product quality and no explanation, no excuse, no credit.

Shame on Apple!

Shame on Apple for releasing a product which is not even capable of properly providing even the most basic service – the phone service. Shame on Apple for not developing an adequate software to support it’s device. Hours of backups, megabytes of updates, crashes, lost data. Shame on Apple for not having such basic functions as an everyday alarm, cut & paste, push, MMS or the option to turn off the useless in foreign languages T9.

Shame on AT&T!

Shame on AT&T for advertising a service that they cannot provide. Shame for claiming high Internet speeds, great coverage and ‘fewer dropped calls’ when they can’t even supply adequate signal for a simple phone call. Shame on raising the prices for their 3G plans and not providing better service. Shame on locking customers into 2 year contracts and leaving the consumer no other option but to pay – either to continue with their hassles or to cancel the contract.

Shame on both Apple and AT&T for turning such a wonderful idea into such a buggy, useless device. SHAME SHAME SHAME!
